OUR CLASSES
Expect to tone, strengthen, and burn lots of calories when you join our classes.
We achieve this by combining functional movements, performed at moderate to high-intensity pace, to deliver workouts with the highest return on your time investment.
We prioritize your safety by focusing on a range of motion, core strength, agility, and balance.
Our classes are great for anyone wanting to shape up or work towards a pain-free body while pushing themselves to the upper limits of physical performance.
We modify exercise intensity and range of motion when needed to meet your ability, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
We encourage our clients to train with their families because we believe that fitness should enhance your life by strengthening your body and the bonds with the most important people in your life.
The duration of each class is 30 to 45 minutes.
We use simple yet powerful training modalities because we believe that fitness should be easily accessible to everyone, anywhere.
Clients training from home will need the following equipment:

Single suitably sized kettlebell (10-20 lb)

Set of dumbbells (5 to 10 lb),

Step platform

Set of light/medium/heavy tension mini-bands
Local clients wanting to participate virtually can rent or purchase necessary equipment from us while supplies last. Contact us for more information.
Cross continental and international participants will need to source their equipment ahead of time.
If you miss a class, we are happy to provide a copy of the Zoom recording so that you can make up for it at your convenience.
Currently, we deliver our classes through a hybrid model, meaning in person and online at the same time. This may change depending on circumstances relating to Covid-19.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR IN-PERSON PARTICIPANTS:
To ensure 10-12 feet of social distance during class, we limit the class size to 8 individuals Max.
You must register for each class ahead of time to secure your spot in this exclusive service.
When you arrive for your service, you will be assigned an Individual Stay-In Station containing sanitized equipment that will be yours for the class's duration.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS:
Individuals participating online must sign up for each class individually to receive the zoom live stream link.
